With this module you can manage all data of your employees and the organizational structure.

All kind of employee data can be managed such as: personal data, contract details, salary information, function related data, organizational data, contact data, family related information,…

Thanks to the concept of ‘validity date’ it is possible to add and modify information in the future as well as in the past. All changes made can be viewed through the history log.

The access to the data is restricted to users with an administration profile. Different types of administrators can be defined based on responsibility level (location, entity, population, set of data, …).

Many consistency checks have been foreseen in order to optimize the quality of data.
