Performance review

With this module you can manage your yearly performance /evaluation cycle. You have the possibility, if required, to setup the 3 processes of a yearly cycle being: Annual expectations, Mid year review and Year end review.

For each process a different workflow / validation flow can be defined. The workflow defines the way a process should be rolled out.

Through our unique ‘Cockpit’ concept the user has at any time a status on his/her own process and the one of his/her direct reports.

Each process can be composed out of following sub-processes, such as: objective setting (individual, team, …), personal development plan, competency evaluation, career expectation, responsibilities, relationship between employee and company, mid year status review,…
