At any time, the user has a status on his/her holiday balance taking into consideration legal / contractual holidays and actual holidays taken.
The employee can generate a holiday request, which will have to be approved according to the client specific validation flow.
As a manager you will have an overview of the holidays approved and to be approved for your direct reports.
